The person behind it

Hi! I'm Xuan.

Based in Singapore, and the person behind every single piece that leaves IX Originals.

I grew up loving all things art, like painting, drawing, sketching, even claywork. And like a lot of you, I had a Gameboy glued to my hands playing Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. I only got into collecting cards recently, but it hit fast... :p

My favourite Pokémons are Mew and Mimikyu, and my current favourite card is the Mew AR 183/172.

With some encouragement from the people around me, IX Originals became a thing. My hope is simple — to make Pokémon collecting a more fun and unique journey for everyone in the community!

I'll provide a quote ASAP. Leave a 50% deposit upfront, and only pay the rest after the work is done!

I'll send WIP pictures before the final coat.

Pay the balance, then collect in person or get it shipped to your door.

All prices in SGD and include a binder. Each piece is quoted individually by complexity and hours, so these are starting points. DM with your reference for a quote.

Starter

One or more Pokémon, no background, clean and simple shading.

Trainer
from S$230

A background comes in, or the shading gets detailed. Usually one or two Pokémon with a rendered or scenic backdrop.

e.g. Umbreon under a full moon, "Bubble" Mew

Champion
Custom quote

Multi-character scenes, full coverage, blended effects. The chase ;)

e.g. Phantasmal Charizard Chase, Gengar commission

What affects the final price?

Binder source
Bringing your own binder keeps the cost lower. If you need us to source one for you, the binder cost will be added on top.

Art complexity
Everything is priced by the hours it takes. A single simple Pokémon on a flat background sits at the lower end. Backgrounds, detailed shading, multiple Pokémon, or full scenes take longer and bring the price up.
